Reading the Forested Landscape

Join the Squam Lakes Association’s Lakes Region Conservation Corps member Meg as we take a walk back in time at Five Finger Point. Using the book Reading the Forested Landscape: A Natural History of New England by Tom Wessels, we will have a beautiful fall hike on the moderately difficult 2.7-mile loop trail, and stop at different spots to talk about the history of the land and passages from the book.
