Who’s that Bird?

We will hike around 3 miles through the Five Finger Point using Merlin and bird ID books to hopefully spot some birds and add to participants lifer lists. If you are an experienced birder please join! If you have no experience birding we’ll teach out the basic about what to look for when ID-ing a bird.

Birding in the 21st Century

The days of using a landline to call your county for rare bird alerts is in the past! Join us Saturday March 28th from 7:30-10:30 am at the Squam Lakes Association to learn how to download and use “eBird” and “Merlin Bird ID” apps and bird in the digital age! Join LRCC member Kevin Jones in a fun morning of birding and learning new technology.
