Volunteer: Chamberlain Reynolds Trail Work Half Day

October 26, 2024 @ 9:00 am1:00 pm

Give back to Chamberlain Reynolds Memorial Forest by volunteering with LRCC and NCCC AmeriCorps members for a half day of trail work from 9:00am to 1:00pm! Work involves replacing, rebuilding, and installing bridge and rock structures on wet and muddy sections found throughout the trail network. Volunteers will help carry lumber to trail maintenance sites and assemble small bridge structures. The structures will reduce the impact of the trail network on the surrounding environment and make the trail network more easily accessible to hikers.

Children must be accompanied by an adult.
