Ongoing

Trek for Trees Challenge!

Do you want to name a tree? Reach fame by getting your name on one of our arboretum signs? Do you like to run or swim or hike or read? You are in the right spot! Participate in our trek for tree challenge for a chance to win naming rights to one of our arboretum trees! Every two miles trekked, or 100 pages read is equal to one raffle ticket entry!

Volunteer: Mt. Percival Trail Work Day

Mt. Percival Trail is one of the most iconic hikes in the Squam Range, and we’re calling volunteers to help us maintain it. Join us as we clear waterbars and clean up the trail corridor with a team of AmeriCorp NCCC members that are currently serving at the SLA.

Batty for Bats

Come gather to learn more about the incredible flying mammal in celebration of International Bat Week! We will have a sunset walk at Chamberlain Reynolds Memorial Forest, talk all about bats, and watch for them on the beach at dusk.
