Looking for a reason to get outside on a winter morning or to get some practice snowshoeing? Join our Lakes Region Conservation Corps members on a moderate 3 mile hiking loop around Five Finger Point. Explore each cove and "finger" of this northern piece of Squam Lake. The Fiver Finger Point trail will give you a unique view of the lake from the shores of Squam.
Our facilitated winter hikes can help you get comfortable hiking in the winter season and introduce you to locals and visitors looking to explore. Additionally, these hikes are all a part of the
Squam Rangers challenge hosted by the SLA. While not required, this is a great chance to check some hikes off your list if you are working towards your Squam Ranger!
All skill levels are welcome. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
Registration is required for this free event.
