Volunteer: Trail Workday on Wentworth Trail
June 22 @ 9:00 am–2:00 pm

Wentworth Trail Workday
Join us for a day on the trails hiking up Mt Israel via Wentworth Trail and clearing waterbars as we descend! We will start our day by meeting at the Mead Base Trailhead at 9am. From there we will complete a ~2 mile hike to the summit of Mt Israel (~4 miles out and back). As we descend, we will use dirt working tools such as mattocks and hoes to clear water bars on the trail. Come on out and bring your friends to enjoy a beautiful
hike and to give back to the trails!
Minors must be accompanied by an adult, and registration is required for this event.
What to bring
Lunch/snacks, water, bug spray, hiking boots, extra layers. Volunteers are free to bring their own safety glasses, working gloves, and dirt working tools.
