Spring StoryWalk®:

This spring’s StoryWalk®, Don't Touch that Flower by Alice Hemming with illustrations by Nicola Slater follows Squirrel as he learns about respecting nature from his forest friends. Come read along with this springtime story as you hike! .

Visit the StoryWalk® at Whitten Woods from March 1st to April 30th. After you’re done enjoying the story, stop by the Ashland Town Library to enjoy a craft based on the book!

This 500+ acre property is owned by the New England Forest Foundation (NEFF). The Squam Lakes Conservation Society holds a conservation and trail easement, and the trails are maintained by the Squam Lakes Association (SLA).
