Contra Dancing at the SLA
August 23, 2025 @ 6:30 pm–9:30 pm
Community dance at the Squam Lakes Association in the great room of the main building. Adults $10, kids 15 and up $5, all others free. Closely attended younger kids are always welcome.
Welcome one and all. No experience necessary. A brief introduction to dance figures at 6:30 pm. All dances start with a walkthrough.
Great live music by the uncontestable Shanna Aisenburg on fiddle and the irrefutable Peter Kimball on guitar. Sit-ins welcome. And calling by the indisputable Byron Ricker.
