2024 Winterfest

We’re happy to announce that Winterfest is a go for 2024! Join us on Saturday, February 17th, from 12 – 3 PM for one of Squam’s most exciting winter events. 

If you didn’t already know, our campus headquarters is currently undergoing renovations as part of the Squam Watershed Campaign. So while things may look a bit different around campus, we promise that this year’s event will meet all of your wintry expectations! We hope you’ll join us for camaraderie and the celebration of winter!

As part of this year’s celebrations, here’s what you can expect:

• Campfire, s'mores, hot chocolate, sledding, winter mini-golf, ice skating rink (weather dependent), grilled burgers and hotdogs, water quality monitoring, cookie decorating and lots more!  
• Unfortunately, there will not be a chili contest this year 
• This is an entirely outdoor event so dress appropriately. Bathroom facilities will be available on-site. 
• And as always, the event is free!
