SUMMARY:Fall Golden Hour Frolic
DESCRIPTION:Today's Guided Hike:\n\nThis will be a moderately difficult 1.8 mile hike up the South Peak of Whitten Woods. We will meet at the Whitten Woods parking lot at 5:15 on Sunday\, October 26\, to begin our hike. As we hike we will discuss fall foliage\, the changing of the seasons\, and any cool and interesting plants we see along the way. Participants should come prepared with headlamps and cool-weather hiking gear; check out the 'what to bring' section below for more details. Cameras are encouraged to capture the beauty of Squam Lake.All ages are welcome. My name is Emma Murray and I’m a recent graduate of SUNY ESF College of Environmental Science and Forestry in Syracuse\, New York. I just graduated with a degree in Environmental Biology and applied my love of silviculture to get a minor in Forestry.
