SUMMARY:FULL - Hooting with the Heart: Owling Chamberlain-Reynolds
DESCRIPTION:Today's Adventure Ecology:\n\nSpring is just around the corner\, and for our feathered friends\, that means love is in the air. Join us as we hoot from our hearts- attempting to swoon the attention of local owls. This program will contain some fun owl facts\, a tutorial on how to call in owls with your voice\, and the opportunity to practice on a short 2-mile night hike... We may even see an owl up close! All ages are welcome. Children must be accompanied by an adult. This event is designed to be informative and silly\, with opportunities to step out of your comfort zone in making owl calls. That being said\, the latter half of the evening will involve patience and quiet\, as owls can be difficult to attract and require being conservative in call efforts. The goal is to view an owl\, but it is not guaranteed as our wildlife observes its own schedule. This event is free to the public. Registration is required.\n\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n\n \n \n \n \n \n \n\n \n Join a Waitlist\n\n \n \n \n\n \n\n\n\n\n \n \n	\n\n\n\n\n\n\n \n \n	\n\n\n\n\n \n \n	\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n \n \n	\n\n\n\n\nLocation\n\nChamberlain-Reynolds Memorial Forest West Lot\n\n\n \n \n \n \n \n \n\n \n \n \n \n \n \n\n \n \n \n \n \n College Rd\, Center Harbor\, NH 03226\n \n \n\n \n \n\n \n\n\nThe Squam Lakes Association is dedicated to conserving for public benefit the natural beauty\, peaceful character and resources of the watershed.
