Extra layers\, comfortable water resistant hiking shoes\, and snowshoes and/or microspikes may be needed depending on conditions. A headlamp preferably with the red light setting\, is also reccomended as we will be hiking in the dark. The SLA can provide snowshoes & microspikes for up to six participants.
