DESCRIPTION:Today's Adventure Ecology:\n\nWe will be exploring Homestead forest trail on a 2.7 mile loop trail that takes you through a variety of terrain\, swamp\, caves\, deciduous forest and conifer forests. Squam Lakes conservation corps member Emma Murray will be leading this hike through this beautiful property maintained by the Lakes Region Conservation Trust. By the end of the hike you will be able to identify the trees and other plants that are giving you shade on your hikes.
